RZR Pro S Big Turbo Rebuild Kit 300+ HP Upgrade

Built for 2025-2026 Polaris RZR Pro S Sport, Premium, and Ultimate models, this Complete Engine Rebuild Kit is configured for the REV6 300+ HP Big Turbo upgrade. The package combines a new crankshaft assembly, BC H-beam connecting rods, reinforced forged BME pistons, and a new nickel-plated cylinder with supporting engine rebuild components.

REV6 master engine technicians design and assemble our engine rebuild kits around the specified components. The BME pistons included with this package use the stock 93mm bore.

BC Rods, BME Pistons and Stock-Bore Cylinder

The rotating components include a new crankshaft assembly, new BC H-beam connecting rods, and reinforced forged BME pistons. The pistons use the specified stock 93mm bore. A new nickel-plated cylinder and head studs kit are also included in this package.

The kit also supplies the timing chain and main bearings, along with a Complete Gasket Kit, Complete Seal Kit, and high-temp valve stem seals.
