This is a core build engine only, which means you’ll send us your engine for the rebuild. You remove any exhaust, fueling, or electrical parts, pack up the motor, and we’ll schedule pickup right to your door.

Once it arrives at our shop, our expert team tears it down, inspects every component, and rebuilds it to our strict standards. We don’t cut corners—this isn’t just a fix, it’s a full performance refresh.

What’s included in your YFZ 450R rebuild?

• • • We fully clean, blast, and prepare the motor for assembly.
    • We inspect and deck the cylinder head to ensure a perfect compression seal.
    • Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished.
    • Cylinder is inspected for wear and damage. Worn cylinders are replaced with refurbished and hone finished nikasil coated cylinders.
    • We install a new moly coated piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips.
    • We clean and inspect all crankshaft bearings and will rebuild the crankshaft as needed.
    • We perform a full inspection and rebuild of the complete transmission gearbox and shift assembly.
    • We perform a full inspection of the clutch assembly.
    • We clean and inspect all bottom-end bearings.
    • We thoroughly inspect and rebuild the oil pump assembly.
    • We fully inspect and machine engine cases, testing them for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
    • Quality control inspection
