WHAT’S INCLUDED IN YOUR REBUILD

• Complete cleaning, blasting, and preparation of engine components
• Cylinder head inspected, decked, and machined to ensure a proper compression seal
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced when necessary
• Cylinder inspected for wear; worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished nikasil-coated cylinders
• New moly-coated piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips installed
• Crankshaft bearings inspected and crankshaft rebuilt when required
• Transmission gearbox and shift assembly fully inspected and rebuilt
• Clutch assembly inspected and serviced for proper function
• Bottom-end bearings cleaned and inspected to confirm fit and performance
• Oil pump assembly inspected, cleaned, and rebuilt
• Engine cases inspected and machined; checked for journal wear, cracks, holes, and excessive damage
• Final quality control inspection before shipment
