Yamaha Wolverine X2 1000 Bottom-End Rebuild Parts

The Yamaha Wolverine X2 1000 Complete Bottom End Rebuild Kit combines a crankshaft and connecting rod kits with the bearings, gaskets, seals, and timing components needed for a more extensive lower-end rebuild.

Unlike the Bottom End Refresh Kit, this package includes replacement crankshaft and connecting rod components. Therefore, it is the better choice when inspection shows that the existing rotating assembly also requires replacement.

What This Bottom End Rebuild Kit Includes

  • (1) Crankshaft
  • (2) Connecting Rod Kits
  • (1) Complete Gasket Kit
  • (1) Oil Seal Set
  • (1) Cam Chain
  • (6) Crankshaft Plain Bearings (Black)
  • (4) Connecting Rod Bearings (Black)
  • (2) Cam Chain Guides

Refresh Kit or Complete Bottom-End Rebuild?

If your existing crankshaft and connecting rods remain reusable, the Wolverine X2 1000 lower-end refresh package may better match your rebuild. It retains the bearing, gasket, seal, cam chain, and guide components without adding a new crankshaft and rod kits.

Check Bearings and Clearances Before Assembly

Before installation, inspect the engine cases and related bearing surfaces for wear or damage. Also, verify the required crankshaft and connecting rod bearing clearances before assembly.

This kit includes black crankshaft and connecting rod bearings. Therefore, confirm the correct bearing specifications for your engine and follow Yamaha procedures during final assembly.

REV6 Warranty and Rebuild Support

REV6 backs the components in this kit with our 1-year parts warranty. If you need help confirming fitment or choosing the correct Wolverine X2 1000 rebuild kit, contact the REV6 team.
