Core Requirements:

⚠️ A rebuildable core is required for this product. After you place your order, we will send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange for pickup. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel-related components, electrical and sensors, and we will take care of the rest. For full details, please visit our Core Program page.

• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
• Cylinders bored and honed to next oversize or re-sleeved
• New pistons, rings, and wrist pins installed with precision

• Valve guide inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure a tight seal, verified with a vacuum test
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
• Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals
• All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed
• Assembly completed by a master technician

To receive your REV6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge. If your core is in good condition, we will refund the charge in full. You can also contact us to confirm if your core qualifies or to arrange an exchange that avoids the upfront charge.
