Yamaha VXR 1800 WaveRunner Engine 2011-2012

The Yamaha VXR 1800 WaveRunner Engine (2011-2012) is fully remanufactured by REV6 for long-lasting reliability. Each motor is carefully rebuilt to restore factory performance and deliver dependabiility on the water. With precision machining, new and refurbished internals, and rigorous testing, you get an engine that’s as good as new and backed by our industry-leading warranty.

Engine Features

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Build Core Engine Required

NOTE: THIS IS A BUILD CORE ONLY ENGINE.

This listing is for a build core engine, which means we require your old, rebuildable core to serve as the foundation for your new engine. A build core is a used engine that undergoes a complete remanufacturing process, including disassembly, inspection, machining, and rebuilding with new or refurbished components. The quality of the core directly impacts the final engine’s performance and reliability. To ensure a successful rebuild, we need a complete, undamaged core with no excessive wear, cracks, or missing components.
