Yamaha SX 240 HO 1800 Jet Boat Engine Build Core 2013–2015

When it’s time to restore the performance of your Yamaha SX 240 HO, you need an engine that’s built to last and perform. REV6 delivers precision-built SX 240 HO 1800 Jet Boat engine build cores for 2013–2015 models. Each engine is remanufactured by skilled technicians and tested to ensure we deliver a well built engine that is both reliable and ready to perform.

Engine Rebuild Features

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Engine Build Core

This listing is for a Build Core Engine. It is not a ready-to-install motor. We require a complete, rebuildable core that will serve as the foundation for remanufacturing. Cores must be free from cracks, excessive wear, and missing components in order to qualify.
