Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Exhaust Valves

The Yamaha Wolverine RMAX 1000 Exhaust Valve Kit includes four replacement exhaust valves for cylinder head and valve train service. This kit is designed for RMAX 1000 2-seat and 4-seat models.

When replacing exhaust valves, inspect the cylinder head and related valve train parts for wear or damage. In addition, check the valve guides, seats, and sealing surfaces before assembly.

Inspect the Cylinder Head During Valve Service

Before installing the new valves, inspect the valve guides and valve seats for wear. Also, check the remaining cylinder head components while the head is apart.
