This Yamaha Grizzly 700 Complete Engine Rebuild Kit +1mm OS Piston Refurb Crankshaft (2016–2018) is designed for engines that require a full 1mm overbore. When compression drops or cylinder wear becomes excessive, stepping up to +1mm restores proper sealing and combustion efficiency.

When Should You Choose the 1mm Version?

First, choose this kit when your cylinder must be bored to +1mm. Next, the refurbished crankshaft restores proper rod alignment and balance. In addition, replacing bearings, seals, and the timing chain helps ensure correct oil clearance and accurate cam timing during reassembly.
