Your Yamaha GP-R SVHO demands more than an average rebuild. That’s why every REV6 1800 engine core is precision-machined, refurbished with new and reconditioned parts, and tested by experts. The result is a powerhouse that keeps you riding longer with confidence and reliability.

Engine Rebuild Includes

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• Cylinder block is inspected for damage. If the bore is worn or damaged, requiring replating or sleeving, there will be additional fees incurred.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!

Build Core Engine Notice

This product is a Build Core Engine, not a ready-to-install motor. To complete the process, a complete, undamaged core must be provided. During remanufacturing, the core is fully disassembled, machined, and rebuilt with new or reconditioned components for maximum performance.
