If your Banshee’s lost its bark—or worse, won’t even growl—it’s time to bring it back with a full core rebuild from REV6. This is a no-nonsense, performance-driven engine build that gets your Yamaha Banshee 350 ripping again, built from the core out by pros who know these motors inside and out.

Core Requirements:
⚠️ A rebuildable core is required for this product. REV6 builds upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. Once you place your order, REV6 will send you a box and shipping labels, which include everything you need to get your old core engine headed this way! Once your box arrives, follow our core tear-down instructions by removing any exhaust, electrical, or fueling-related parts. Once your engine is in the box and packaged, REV6 will send it via FedEx to your door for pickup!. REV6 will provide shipping both ways. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel related components, electrical and sensors, and we will take care of the rest. For full details, please visit our Help Center.
When your engine arrives here, the typical lead time is 2 weeks for your engine to be fully rebuilt and inspected. Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new REV6 rebuilt engine back to you!
What does your new rebuild include?
- Motor fully cleaned and blasted
- Fully refurbished crankshaft assembly
- Inspected cylinder head and decked
- Cylinders either replated or machined back to specifications, depending on your setup
- New dual ring pistons, rings, wrist pin, wrist pin bearings and circlips
- Complete transmission gearbox inspection and rebuild
- All bottom-end bearings inspected and cleaned
- Oil pump assembly inspection and rebuild (if applicable)
- Fully inspected engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
Please note that this is a standardized list. The specifics of your new engine could include more or less, depending on your model.
