Core Requirements:

⚠️ NOTE: We require your engine core at our facility to begin your the refurbish service. We will inspect your core upon receipt and invoice you for any damaged components requiring replacement beyond normal wear components.  Rev6 build upwards of 400+ engines per month! Sometimes, we just don’t have cores in stock. Not a big deal! We will make this process as easy as possible for you. After you place your order, we will send a box, a prepaid label, and arrange for pickup. Simply remove your exhaust, fuel related components, electrical and sensors, and we will send FedEx to your door for pickup! For full details, please visit our Help Center.
