Ski-Doo 800R PTEC engines rely on a true crankshaft to survive high rpm and hard riding. This crankshaft is designed for bottom-end rebuilds where balance, alignment, and strength matter most. Every unit is backed by a 1-year REV6 parts warranty.

When the cases are split, replacing a worn or damaged crank helps prevent vibration and repeat failures. As a result, oil pressure stays stable, and the engine runs smoother once it’s back together.
