The Ski-Doo 600 complete rebuild kit is intended for engines that require piston and cylinder replacement. Before ordering, inspect the lower end because a crankshaft is not listed among the supplied components.

Inspect the Lower End Separately
Check the crankshaft, crankcase, bearings, and sealing surfaces before assembly. If the crankshaft shows excessive runout or damage, address that separately before installing the new top-end components.
Verify Assembly Clearances
Measure piston clearance and ring end gap before installation. In addition, confirm component orientation, lubrication, gasket placement, and fastener torque according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
