The 600 E-TEC rebuild kit is intended for engines requiring piston replacement and broader gasket coverage while the existing cylinders remain reusable. Inspect and measure both cylinder bores before selecting this rebuild level.

Review the Kit Scope
A crankshaft and replacement cylinders are not listed among the supplied components. Therefore, inspect the crankshaft, cylinders, and crankcase separately before ordering.
Measure the Existing Cylinders
Check each bore for scoring, taper, and out-of-round wear. In addition, verify piston clearance and ring end gap according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Do not install new pistons in cylinders that fall outside their service limits.
Compare the Available Rebuild Levels
