Bring your Sea-Doo 230 Challenger SE 510 Jet Boat Engine (2010–2012) back to life with a precision rebuild from REV6. Each engine is professionally assembled with refurbished and new components, and inspected twice before it leaves our shop. Every build includes a 1-year warranty at no extra cost, with the option to extend to a 2-year no-fault warranty for maximum peace of mind.

- Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test
- Camshaft cleaned, inspected and polished
- Decked and resurfaced mating surfaces to create a tight seal
- Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed
- New gaskets and oil seals
- All bearings fully cleaned and inspected, replaced as needed
- Assembly completed by a master technician
- Each unit inspected before shipment to confirm accuracy
