If your Honda Rincon 680 has lost power, developed internal noise, or is burning oil, our complete engine rebuild restores dependable trail and work performance. This is a core-required service, meaning we must receive your original engine before rebuild work begins.

Every Rincon 680 engine is fully disassembled, inspected, machined, and reassembled in-house to ensure proper tolerances and long-term durability.

All rebuilt engines include a standard 1-year warranty. For additional peace of mind, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for $450.

This listing is for a build-core service. After placing your order, follow our simple core teardown instructions by removing exhaust, electrical, and fueling components before shipping your engine to us.
