This Engine Rebuild Kit is designed specifically for 2024-2026 Polaris XPEDITION NorthStar models equipped with the factory HVAC system.

This kit is not compatible with 2024 XPEDITION Ultimate ADV or Ultimate XP models. Those models use a different crankshaft configuration. If you need help identifying your engine, Contact REV6 before ordering and we’ll help verify the correct rebuild kit.
