This Complete Engine Rebuild Kit fits 2024-2026 Polaris XPEDITION NorthStar models equipped with the factory HVAC system.

It does not fit 2024 XPEDITION Ultimate ADV or Ultimate XP models. Those models use a different crankshaft configuration. If you’re unsure which XPEDITION model you own, Contact REV6 before ordering and our team will help verify the correct rebuild kit.
