Description
Polaris 800 engines rely on proper piston fit to maintain compression and control oil. This standard piston kit is designed for stock bore cylinders when wear calls for replacement, but machining is not required. A 1-year REV6 parts warranty backs every component in this kit.
By installing a fresh piston and ring package during a rebuild, you restore sealing and promote proper break-in. As a result, throttle response improves, and the engine runs cleaner after assembly.
