Most tuning companies sell preloaded “canned” maps — one-size-fits-all junk that runs rich, knocks timing, and leaves power on the table. REV6 doesn’t do that. Every REV6 ECU bench flash starts from your actual stock ECU file, then gets rebuilt line by line to match your specific machine, setup, fuel, and riding style.
This is true calibration. Our tuning engineers use the same principles we apply in our engine building division, where we’ve built some of the strongest UTV and ATV engines in the country. The result is smoother power delivery, better throttle response, stronger midrange pull, and real-world reliability.
With this service, you remove your ECU from your machine and send it directly to REV6. Once it arrives, we bench read your stock ECU file, build your custom calibration, flash the tune directly to your ECU, and ship it back ready to install.
When you purchase a bench flash tune, please send the following information to tuning@rev6sports.com so we can ensure your custom tune is built correctly:

HOW IT WORKS
1. Order Your Tune
Place your ECU bench flash tuning order online or over the phone.
2. Remove Your ECU
Remove the ECU from your machine. Make sure the ECU is clean, dry, and not physically damaged before shipping.
3. Ship Your ECU to REV6
Package the ECU safely in a sturdy box with padding. Please include your name, phone number, order number, and machine information inside the box.
4. REV6 Bench Reads Your ECU
Once your ECU arrives, we connect it to our bench flashing equipment and read your actual stock ECU file.
5. Custom Tune Is Built
Your ECU file is rebuilt using HP Tuners software and customized around your machine, modifications, fuel type, and intended use.
6. ECU Is Flashed and Tested
We flash the updated calibration directly to your ECU and verify the file write was completed properly.
7. ECU Ships Back Ready to Install
Your tuned ECU is shipped back to you. Reinstall it, start the machine, and feel the difference.

- Removed seatbelt and speed limiters, where applicable
- Raised throttle and torque ceilings within safe thresholds
- Adjusted misfire detection for smoother decel

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
Please package your ECU carefully before sending it to REV6.
The ECU should be wrapped in bubble wrap or protective padding and placed in a sturdy box. Do not ship the ECU loose in an envelope or soft package.

REV6 is not responsible for ECUs damaged during shipping due to poor packaging.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The ECU must be in good working condition before being sent in. REV6 cannot tune around mechanical issues, wiring problems, bad sensors, fuel pressure issues, boost leaks, clutching problems, weak batteries, or existing engine damage.
For modified machines, accurate information is critical. Incorrect or missing information can cause poor drivability, rich or lean running conditions, hard starting, reduced performance, or engine damage.
For turbo models, fuel octane, boost levels, injector size, and supporting modifications must be verified before tuning.
