The Polaris RZR Pro XP is built for fast-paced trail riding, technical terrain, and demanding off-road conditions. When engine wear, low compression, or internal failure keeps your RZR parked, REV6 rebuilds your original engine using precision machining, detailed inspections, and proven rebuilding procedures to restore dependable performance. The 2025–2026 Pro XP lineup is available in Sport, Premium, and Ultimate trims.

This is a Build Core Engine service. Once your order is complete, we’ll send your work order together with engine preparation and shipping instructions. After your rebuildable engine arrives at REV6, it is inspected before the rebuilding process begins.

Engine Rebuild Process

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of all engine components
• Crankshaft remanufactured with a new connecting rod and precision trued
• Cylinder inspected, bored, honed to the next oversize, or replaced as required
• New moly-coated piston and piston rings installed
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to manufacturer specifications
• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for increased durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced when necessary
• Valves and valve seats recut and verified through vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced if needed
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as required
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, and structural damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
• Final quality control inspection completed before shipment

Your rebuilt engine includes the required gaskets and seals needed to complete installation.

How the Build Core Program Works

Your original Polaris RZR Pro XP engine serves as the foundation for this rebuild. After you place your order, REV6 provides the work order, shipping instructions, and engine preparation guidelines. Once your engine reaches our facility, we inspect the core, perform the required machining and rebuilding operations, and complete a final inspection before returning your rebuilt engine.

Warranty, Production Time & Financing

Every rebuilt Polaris RZR Pro XP engine includes our 1-Year No-Fault Warranty. If you’d like additional protection, you can upgrade to our 2-Year No-Fault Warranty for an additional $450.
