Before You Buy — Verify Your Crankshaft and Cylinder Head Type

This rebuild uses a crankshaft that replaces OEM part number 2204729. The tapered end of the crankshaft, just behind the threaded end for the flywheel, has a diameter of 22mm.

The cylinder head matches OEM part numbers 2206221, 3023441, 3022616, 3022521, 1204594, and 1204289. The exhaust port uses a round crush exhaust gasket.

Please confirm that your crankshaft MAG end diameter and exhaust port match these details before ordering. Polaris made crankshaft changes during 2017 depending on sub-model, so we strongly recommend verifying your setup before purchase.

• Manganese bronze exhaust valve guide upgrade for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced if required
• Timing chain and oil pump chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected for journal wear, cracks, or excessive damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications

You can either send in your original engine core first or pay the refundable $800 core charge if you need your rebuilt engine before shipping your old one. If your returned core qualifies, the full amount is refunded.

Warranty Coverage

Every Polaris RZR 570 engine rebuild includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. In addition, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for added protection.

Dual Technician Quality Control
