Refresh Kit Versus Rebuild Kit

This kit does not list a piston, cylinder, or crankshaft. Therefore, measure and inspect those parts before ordering. If any of them fall outside the correct specifications, select a rebuild kit that includes the required replacement parts.

First, inspect the piston and cylinder for wear or damage. Next, check the timing guides and tensioner. Also, inspect the valve guides and seats before installing the new valves.
