Engine Rebuild Service for Polaris Ranger XP 1000 Northstar (2022–2023)

How the Process Works

• Full teardown, cleaning, and inspection
• Rebuild using inspected OEM and upgraded components
• Final assembly with torque spec verification

What We Do During the Rebuild

• Complete engine teardown, cleaning, and inspection
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, and vacuum tested
• Exhaust valve guides upgraded to manganese bronze
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut for proper sealing
• Camshafts inspected, cleaned, and replaced if needed
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specs
• New high-babbit-coated main and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected and replaced if needed with nikasil-coated cylinders
• Moly-coated pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Oil pump refurbished and inspected
• Engine cases inspected and machined as needed
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to spec

Core Options

This is a core-based rebuild service. You can send in your engine or pay a refundable $1500 core charge. If your core is rebuildable, that charge is fully refunded. Contact us if you want options for receiving your engine first.
