This complete engine rebuild kit supplies the critical components needed to restore the 2017–2024 Polaris RZR 1000. It includes an HD crankshaft, upgraded pistons, bearings, seals, and timing components. Each part is selected for proper fitment and durability and backed by a 1-year no-questions-asked warranty.

IMPORTANT FITMENT NOTICE

In late 2023, Polaris introduced mid-year RZR 1000 models with a revised crankshaft. To ensure proper clutch fitment, confirm two details before ordering:

• You have the Polaris P90X clutch, and
• Your crankshaft PTO taper measures 1.10″

If your machine uses the “new” late-2023+ crankshaft, this kit will not fit. Please measure your crankshaft with tuned calipers and verify clutch compatibility. You can also compare against OEM Part #3024057 for confirmation.
