Complete Engine Rebuild Kit for 2003-2005 Polaris RMK 800 VES
Low compression, damaged cylinder bores, or piston wear can indicate that the engine needs more than a basic reseal. This kit fits 2003-2005 Polaris RMK 800 VES snowmobile models.
Includes the Following Parts

Two-Cylinder Core Requirement
The purchase price includes a $200 cylinder core charge, calculated at $100 per cylinder. Return your two acceptable original cylinder cores to REV6 for the available refund. REV6 must inspect and approve the cores before issuing the refund.

Inspect the Lower End Before Assembly
Check the crankshaft, connecting rods, crank bearings, crankcase, and VES components before installing the new parts. Also, inspect the cooling system and water pump components. Follow the proper service procedures when checking piston clearance and ring specifications.
