Engine Rebuild Service for Polaris Ranger 1000 XP (2019–2023)

The Ranger 1000 XP is built to handle work, and when the engine starts to wear down, everything slows with it. If you’re dealing with power loss, noise, or reliability issues, it’s time to rebuild it before it costs you more downtime.

At REV6, we rebuild every engine from the ground up using inspected components and precision machining. Once it passes inspection, we ship it back ready to install so you can get back to work without second guessing your engine.

Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for full coverage. If something goes wrong, we replace your engine—no questions asked.

Each engine goes through a detailed quality control process to make sure it holds up under daily use.

What’s Included in Your Engine Rebuild

• All components cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt, and shimmed to the manufacturer’s spec
• Exhaust valve guides replaced with manganese bronze valve guides for improved durability
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications
• New high-babbitt crankshaft main and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected for wear and replaced with refurbished, hone-finished nikasil-coated cylinders as needed
• Moly-coated pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases for wear, cracks, and damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
