Your new REV6 engine includes the following features:

• Standard 1-year warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty available.
• Upgraded forged crankshaft assembly made from a stronger alloy than the factory version, featuring an improved heat treatment process.
• Upgraded forged connecting rods with a stronger beam for more longevity.
• New cylinder with a plated silica carbide coating, which offers better heat dissipation and longer wear resistance.
• Upgraded forged nitride valves that are stronger, less prone to stretching, and capable of handling higher RPMs.
• Upgraded manganese bronze valve guides that reduce wear and oil consumption.
• A completely rebuilt and machined cylinder head—decked, seats cut, shimmed to specifications, and leak-down tested prior to assembly.
• High-temperature valve stem seals that resist hardening from exposure to extreme heat and cold cycles.
• Factory intake and exhaust camshafts.
• Upgraded main crankshaft bearings, which provide more protection and feature a babbitt coating.
• Balance shaft bearings are also coated with babbitt.
• Aftermarket timing chain and aftermarket oil pump chain.
• Factory timing guides.
• A complete oil pump assembly with a fixed regulator to prevent sticking and premature engine failure.
• Aftermarket chain tensioner.
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.

Our engines undergo multiple thorough inspections by master technicians. For instance, we have a Double Inspection Guarantee: one master technician will assemble your engine and another will inspect it to ensure it is better than new.

Warranty Information:

We stand behind our engines with a 1-year warranty. For an additional $450, we also offer a 2-year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty. This means we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens during the two-year period. We’ve got you covered!

Core Options:

To receive the REV6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1,500. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
