2017-2024 Polaris RZR 1000 Engine Rebuild

Our complete engine rebuild service for the Polaris 2017-2024 RZR 1000 (XP/Non XP and high-lifter models) ensures you’ll get back on the trail with a motor that is built as good as new and ready for action.

We are also committed to excellence in quality control. Every part, engine, and transmission goes through a rigorous quality assurance process.

Included Features and Upgrades:

Your new REV6 engine includes the following features:

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high-quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, rebuilt, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Exhaust valve guide replaced with manganese bronze valve guides for high RPM performance.
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• Valves and valve seats recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Crankshaft is inspected and verified within OEM specs. 
• Crankshaft main bearings and rod bearing are replaced with new high-babbit coated bearings.
• Cylinders are inspected for wear and damage. Worn cylinders are replaced with refurbished and hone finished nikasil coated cylinders.
• Pistons replaced with moly coated pistons and rings.
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected and machined engine cases, tested for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

Our Commitment to Excellence:

Our engines undergo multiple thorough inspections by master technicians. For instance, we have a Double Inspection Guarantee: one master technician will assemble your engine and another will inspect it to ensure it is better than new.

Warranty Information:

We stand behind our engines with a 1-year warranty. For an additional $450, we also offer a 2-year, no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty. This means we will replace your engine free of charge, no questions asked, if anything happens during the two years. We’ve got you covered!

Core Options:

To receive the REV6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1,500. If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.
