The Polaris Ranger/ACE 900 Bearing and Seal Kit covers bearing and PTO sealing work during a bottom-end repair. Bearing selection uses the identifying marks found on the block, rods, and crankshaft.

Prepare the Bearing Locations

First, clean the crankshaft journals and bearing locations. Then, keep every mapped bearing with its assigned position.

Also, check the required oil clearance using the Polaris specifications. After assembly, verify crankshaft movement according to the service procedure.
