Polaris RZR 900 XP Engine Rebuild Service (2013–2014)

We guarantee your engine will be as good as new. Every REV6 engine includes a 1-year no-fault warranty. Additionally, you can upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for $450. If anything happens during that time, we will repair or replace your engine—no questions asked. That means real protection and real peace of mind.
At REV6, we focus on quality control and consistency. Every part, engine, and transmission goes through a detailed inspection and rebuild process. As a result, you get an engine built for reliability, performance, and long-term use.

What Your REV6 Engine Rebuild Includes

• We restore and reuse OEM components when they meet specifications
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, rebuilt, shimmed, and fully inspected
• Exhaust valve guides upgraded to manganese bronze for high RPM performance
• Intake valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications
• New high-babbitt-coated main and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected and replaced with refurbished nikasil-coated cylinders if needed
• New moly-coated pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain and oil chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Engine cases inspected and machined for wear or damage
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly completed to the manufacturer’s specifications

Every engine goes through multiple inspections by master technicians. In addition, one technician builds the engine and another inspects it before it leaves our shop. This double inspection process helps ensure your engine performs as expected.

Core Requirement & Shipping

To complete your rebuild, we require your engine core. You can either send your core in first or choose a refundable $1200 core charge option.
