When cylinder damage or wear is part of a larger RMK 600 CFI engine rebuild, this Complete Engine Rebuild Kit gives you the additional cylinder coverage needed for the repair. It is designed for 2012-2015 models and eliminates the need to reuse cylinders that no longer meet the required specifications.

Before Building the Fresh Engine

Replacement cylinders address the damaged top end, but the cause of the failure still matters. Inspect the fuel, oil, intake, and cooling systems for problems that may have contributed to piston or cylinder damage. Correct any underlying issue before putting the engine back into operation.

Check the Components Being Reused

Inspect the crankshaft and connecting rods while the engine is apart. Check for excessive play, rough movement, heat damage, or other signs of wear. The sealing surfaces should also be clean and free from damage before installing the new gaskets.

Do Your Existing Cylinders Still Check Out?
