Polaris 700 and 800 engines rely on proper valve guide fit and sealing to run clean and stay reliable. This complete head rebuild kit is designed for cylinder heads showing guide wear or oil control issues. Every component in this kit is backed by a 1-year REV6 parts warranty.

By refreshing valve guides and seals together, you correct oil consumption and stabilize valve movement. As a result, the head seals better and performs consistently once it’s back in service.
