 Polaris RZR 800 Engine Rebuild for 2008–2010 Models

If your RZR 800 has lost power or started showing signs of wear, this engine rebuild service brings it back. Each engine goes through a complete teardown, inspection, and rebuild process. As a result, performance is restored and reliability improves where it matters most.

What Your REV6 Engine Includes

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade
• Complete teardown, cleaning, inspection, and repair as needed

Top End & Cylinder Head Work

• Cylinder head inspection, cleaning, sandblasting, decking, and rebuild to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guide inspection with replacement as needed
• Valve and seat recut and refacing to ensure a tight seal, followed by vacuum verification
• Camshaft, lobe, and journal cleaning and polishing, with replacement when needed

Bottom End & Rotating Assembly

• Crankshaft inspection and verification within OEM specifications, rebuilt with new rods when required
• Crankshaft main journal bearings and balance shaft bearings replaced with new high-babbitt-coated bearings
• Engine case inspection and testing for journal wear, cracks, holes, or excessive wear

Cylinder & Internal Components

• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished and honed nikasil-coated cylinders
• Piston replacement with new moly-coated pistons and rings

Final Assembly

• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembly and torque to manufacturer specifications

Core Options

To receive your rebuilt engine, a core is required. You can either send in your engine first or pay a refundable $800 core charge.

• Return a rebuildable core to receive a full refund of the core charge
• Core must be in acceptable condition to qualify for refund
• Pre-qualified core options may be available for customers who want their engine first
