Use the Polaris Dragon RMK 700 piston kit when piston wear is present but both cylinders remain within their service limits. First, inspect and measure each cylinder bore before ordering.

• (2) Wrist Pin Needle Bearings
• (2) Moly-Coated Pistons
• Top End Gasket Kit

Measure Both Cylinder Bores

Next, check each bore for scoring, taper, and out-of-round wear. Also, verify piston clearance and ring end gap before assembly. Do not install new pistons in cylinders that fall outside their service limits.

Inspect the Lower End

Check the crankshaft, rod areas, and crankcase before installing the top-end parts. If those parts show wear or damage, address the lower end before completing the rebuild.
