If your 2005–2010 Polaris Ranger 700 engine is losing compression, burning oil, or showing signs of internal wear, we remanufacture your engine to restore dependable work-ready power. This platform is known for durability, and our rebuild process is designed to bring it back to full strength.

Because all machining and assembly are completed in-house, we control bearing clearances, crankshaft alignment, and final torque specifications from teardown to completion.

Warranty Coverage

Every rebuilt Ranger 700 engine includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty. For additional protection, you may upgrade to a 2-year no-fault warranty.

What This Engine Includes

• Complete teardown, cleaning, and inspection of all components
• Cylinder head cleaned, decked, and rebuilt to manufacturer specifications
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and seats recut and verified with vacuum testing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced if required
• Crankshaft inspected and verified within OEM specifications; rebuilt with new rods if required
• Crankshaft main journal bearings and balance shaft bearings replaced with new high-babbitt coated bearings
• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished nikasil coated cylinders
• New moly-coated pistons and piston rings
• Engine cases fully inspected and tested for journal wear, cracks, or excessive wear
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Final assembly torqued to manufacturer specifications
