A REV6 rebuild gives your 2014-2021 Kawasaki Ultra 310R engine a complete in-house inspection and rebuild process. Our team evaluates the core first, then services the bottom end, cylinders, cylinder head, valve train, and other key engine components based on their condition.
Throughout the rebuild, worn parts are repaired or replaced as needed. Finally, a second technician checks the completed engine before it leaves REV6.

Crankcase, Crankshaft & Cylinders
- Full inspection of the engine core
- Crankcase assembly inspected
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
- Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize, re-sleeved, or Nikasil replated as needed
- New pistons, rings, and wrist pins
- Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing
Cylinder Head & Valve Train
- Cylinder head rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut or refaced, then checked with a vacuum test
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Assembly & Quality Control
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- Second technician checks the finished engine as part of our quality-control process
