Send Your Kawasaki Ultra 310LX-S Engine to REV6
When your 2022-2026 Kawasaki Ultra 310LX-S needs major engine work, send the original core to REV6 for rebuilding. Our team evaluates the engine first and then completes the machining, cylinder work, bottom-end service, cylinder head rebuild, and final assembly required for your core.
Just as important, the completed engine goes through another inspection before shipment. Your rebuild also includes a standard 1-year no-fault warranty, with an optional 2-year no-fault warranty upgrade available.

- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Assembly & Final Checks
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- A second technician checks the finished build for added quality control
