REV6 Engine Rebuild for the Kawasaki Ultra 300LX
Give your 2011-2013 Kawasaki Ultra 300LX engine a fresh start with a REV6 rebuild. Our team evaluates your original core first. Then, we rebuild the engine based on its condition, replacing or restoring key components as needed.
Quality control continues through final assembly. In addition, a second technician checks the completed engine before it leaves our shop.

Bottom End & Cylinder Work
- Full inspection of the engine core
- Crankcase assembly inspected
- Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
- New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
- Cylinders bored and honed to the next oversize, re-sleeved, or Nikasil replated as needed
- New pistons, rings, and wrist pins
- Mating surfaces decked and resurfaced for proper sealing
Cylinder Head & Timing Components
- Cylinder head rebuilt
- Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
- Valves and valve seats recut or refaced, then checked with a vacuum test
- Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
- Timing chain checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
Assembly & Quality Control
- New gaskets and oil seals
- Bearings cleaned and inspected, then replaced as needed
- Engine assembled by an experienced REV6 technician
- Completed engine inspected before shipment
- Second technician checks the finished build

Place your rebuild order first. Next, our team will provide instructions for sending your Ultra 300LX engine core to REV6. This gives you the shipping information needed to move the rebuild forward.
Getting Your Rebuilt Engine Back
After the engine is rebuilt and checked, we prepare it for return shipment. You will also receive tracking information when the completed engine ships.
Once installation is complete, follow the REV6 Engine Break-In Procedure Guide before returning your Ultra 300LX to regular use.
