Every rebuild follows the same proven process. First, we inspect the engine and identify worn components. Next, we complete all required machining before carefully assembling the engine. Finally, every engine passes a second quality inspection before it ships back to you.

First, place your order to reserve a rebuild slot. Then remove external components, including the exhaust system, sensors, and accessories. After that, package your rebuildable engine core securely and ship it to REV6.

Once your engine arrives, our technicians inspect it, complete the rebuild, and perform final quality checks. Most rebuilds are finished in about two weeks, although turnaround may vary depending on machine work and seasonal workload. We provide tracking information when your rebuilt engine ships back to you.
