This listing covers the rebuild of your original UFORCE 600 engine. REV6 receives the core, opens the engine for inspection, and bases the required work on the condition of its internal parts.

Machining and assembly take place in-house. Therefore, our technicians can follow the engine from its initial inspection through final quality control.

How Your Engine Moves Through the Shop

• REV6 receives and records your supplied engine core.
• The engine is disassembled so its internal parts can be cleaned and inspected.
• Technicians identify the machining, repair, and replacement work required.
• A master engine technician completes the approved rebuild work and assembly.
• A second technician checks the finished engine before return shipment.

Engine Rebuild Work

• Full inspection of the engine core
• Crankcase assembly cleaned, inspected, and refurbished
• Crankshaft assembly inspected and rebuilt
• New high-babbitt crankshaft bearings
• Cylinders checked for wear and damage
• Worn cylinders replaced with refurbished, hone-finished Nikasil-coated cylinders when required
• New pistons, piston rings, and wrist pins
• Cylinder head rebuilt and inspected
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• Valves and valve seats recut and checked with vacuum testing
• Camshafts cleaned, inspected, and polished
• Mating surfaces decked or resurfaced as required
• Timing chains checked for stretch and wear, then replaced as needed
• New gaskets and oil seals
• Remaining bearings cleaned and inspected, with replacement as required
