Inspect the Sealing Surfaces

Check each shaft and seal bore for grooves, corrosion, or damage before installation. In addition, confirm the correct seal orientation and installation depth for each location.

Protect the seal lip from sharp splines and threads during assembly. Also, use the lubricant and installation procedure required by the Can-Am specifications.
