2020–2025 Complete Bearing Set for the Can-Am Defender 1000

This Complete Bearing Set is intended for engine bearing replacement during a Defender 1000 teardown. REV6 master engine technicians selected the set for the listed model years.

Check the Bearing Surfaces

Inspect the crankshaft journals, engine cases, and bearing locations before assembly. Any scoring, distortion, or excessive wear should be addressed before the new bearings are installed.

Measure every required oil clearance using the correct Can-Am specifications. In addition, clean the oil passages and confirm that each bearing is installed in its proper location.
