This is a build core transmission service for 2024–2026 Polaris Xpedition ADV, ADV 5, XP, and XP 5 NorthStar and Ultimate models. You send your transmission core to REV6, and our team rebuilds it using a structured inspection, remanufacturing, and quality control process.

Because these transmissions are rebuilt from customer cores, work begins after your transmission arrives and completes inspection. Build core orders do not require a core deposit.
