What does your new rebuild include?

• Standard No-Fault 1-year warranty with an optional 2-year No-Fault Warranty upgrade.
• We restore and reuse as many OEM parts as possible. We inspect and refurbish all OEM parts to guarantee high quality internals that keep your machine running reliably.
• All components are cleaned, dismantled, inspected and repaired as needed.
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, shimmed to manufacturer spec and undergoes a quality inspection.
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed.
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed.
• Valves and valve seats are recut/refaced to ensure tight seal, verified with vacuum test.
• Camshafts lobes and journals cleaned and polished, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished crankshaft.
• New high babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings.
• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored and honed to the next oversize or replated.
• Pistons replaced with a new pistons and rings.
• Timing chain inspected for stretch and wear, replaced as needed.
• Refurbished oil pump assembly.
• Fully inspected engine cases, tested for cracks, holes, or excessive wear.
• All gaskets and seals replaced.
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications.

CORE REQUIREMENT

To receive the Rev6 engine, you will need to provide your old core or pay a refundable core charge of $1200.00 If your core is in good condition, the charge is fully refundable! If you have a good core to return, please give us a call. We also offer alternatives if you would like to avoid paying the refundable core charge and would like the new engine first, but this only applies to customers with a qualifying core for exchange.

Once you place your order, Rev6 will send you a pre-packaged box and shipping labels, which include everything you need to get your old core engine headed this way! Once your box arrives, follow our core tear down instructions by removing any exhaust, electrical or fueling related parts. Once your engine is in the box and packaged, Rev6 will send FedEx to your door for pickup!

Once your engine arrives here, typically lead time is 2 weeks for your engine to be fully rebuild and inspected. Once your engine passes our quality control inspection, we will ship your new Rev6 rebuilt engine back to you!
