RZR Turbo Cylinder Head Rebuild and Upgrade
The Polaris RZR Turbo cylinder head rebuild service gives your original 2016-2022 cylinder head a complete REV6 rebuild with verified valvetrain upgrades. We replace key components with upgraded REV6 parts and modify the cam caps to provide additional oiling to the top end.
Once rebuilt, your cylinder head comes complete with cams, shimmed and ready to install. REV6 also sets the valve lash looser to accommodate lap-in time, which helps reduce the need for additional shimming after the break-in period.

Current build time is approximately 3-4 days after REV6 receives your cylinder head.
