Engine Rebuild Service for Can-Am Outlander 1000R (2016–2020)

The Outlander 1000R is built for power, but that power comes with wear over time. If your engine is losing performance, making noise, or not holding compression, it’s time to rebuild it before it turns into a bigger issue.

Every REV6 engine goes through a complete teardown, inspection, machining process, and controlled reassembly. As a result, your engine returns with verified tolerances and the reliability you expect when you put it back to work or on the trail.

Warranty & Confidence

Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for additional coverage. If something goes wrong, we replace your engine—no questions asked.

Each engine is built with a focus on consistency and quality control from start to finish.

Core Program & Shipping Process

You can send in your engine core or choose a $1200 refundable core charge option. Once your rebuildable core is received and approved, your deposit is refunded.

If you need your rebuilt engine first, qualifying exchange options may be available. Contact our team to go over your options.

We make the process simple. We send a prepaid box and coordinate pickup. You just remove your exhaust, fuel components, and sensors, and we handle the rest.

What’s Included in Your Engine Rebuild

• All components cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed
• Cylinder heads inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, and shimmed to manufacturer spec
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings installed
• Cylinders inspected, bored, honed, or replated as needed
• New pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Fully inspected engine cases for cracks, holes, and excessive wear
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications
