Engine Rebuild Service for Can-Am Outlander 650 (2006–2023)

The Can-Am Outlander 650 is known for its balance of power and reliability, but over time, wear starts to show. If your engine is losing performance, burning oil, or not running like it used to, it’s time to rebuild it the right way.

At REV6, every engine goes through a full teardown, inspection, machining process, and professional reassembly. We rebuild your engine to OEM spec or better, then ship it back ready to install so you can ride with confidence.

Warranty & Confidence

Every engine includes a 1-year warranty. You can also upgrade to a 2-year no-fault, no-questions-asked warranty for an additional $450. If something happens, we replace your engine—no questions asked.

What This Service Includes

• All components cleaned, dismantled, inspected, and repaired as needed
• Cylinder head inspected, cleaned, sandblasted, decked, and shimmed to manufacturer spec
• Valve guides inspected and replaced as needed
• High-temperature valve stem seals installed
• Valves and valve seats recut and vacuum tested for proper sealing
• Camshaft lobes and journals cleaned, polished, and replaced as needed
• Refurbished crankshaft
• New high-babbitt crankshaft and rod bearings installed
• Cylinder inspected for damage, bored, honed, or replated as needed
• New pistons and rings installed
• Timing chain inspected and replaced as needed
• Refurbished oil pump assembly
• Fully inspected engine cases for cracks, holes, and excessive wear
• All gaskets and seals replaced
• Engine assembled and torqued to manufacturer specifications

Every engine is built by a master technician and then inspected by a second technician before it ships. This double inspection process ensures everything meets spec before it leaves our shop.

Core Requirement

To receive your REV6 engine, you will need to send in your engine or pay a refundable $1200 core charge. If your core is rebuildable, that charge is fully refunded.
