About the Cylinder Head

Polaris used two different cylinder head designs on the 570 engines. This kit includes the early-style head, which uses a recessed exhaust port with a crush-washer style seal.

Before ordering, check your exhaust port to confirm compatibility. If your exhaust uses a flat gasket surface instead, you may have the newer head style. When in doubt, reach out and we’ll help confirm fitment.
